#003 2009-03-04 XiaoLu Runs A 50km Marathon In Under 10 Hours

As part of the MoFanQiBang Individual Outdoor Challenge series, XiaoLu was assigned the particularly testing task of running in a 50km Marathon after only a week of training.

XiaoLu had to run the 50km in under 10 hours and was not permitted to stop for more than 10 seconds, until he had reached one of the rest stands, which were placed approximately 10km apart from each other.

XiaoXiang, who was appointed the position of referee and YuTu, who featured as XiaoLu's personal nurse, supervised XiaoLu's progress in the car.

Various guests also made a surprise appearance to run with XiaoLu during different legs of his marathon for motivation and encouragement.

In addition, XiaoLu was also only allowed to wear a singlet and shorts to run in, which caused him to shiver and go numb in the rainy winter weather. Thus, XiaoXiang took the opportunity to tempt XiaoLu with hot coffee from inside the car, and occasionally teased XiaoLu by reminding him how many more kilometres he still had to run. Furthermore, XiaoXiang even attempted to tackle XiaoLu whilst he was going to the toilet in the bushes.

Upon reaching the 7km mark, a freezing XiaoLu finally received a yellow 'mercy' card from XiaoXiang, which allowed him to have a brief rest inside the car and have some hot milk tea.

However, XiaoLu noticed that this was not a completely sympathetic invitation, as the car was inching forward at ant pace and thus, would undoubtedly cause him to run out of time if he did not start running again soon.

At the ten kilometre mark, Xiao Lu was accompanied by two enthusiastic cheerleaders to his first rest stand. However, it had been raining so




Review by Choco-late:
As in season 2 there was an episode each for Mo Fan Qi Bang members featuring their challenges. This time it's finally Xiao Lu's challenge, Xiao Lu looks funny wearing like that especially when he's so skinny. Seeing his skinny arms and legs it feels like he's gonna collaspe any moment.
Xiao Xiang and Yu Tu in the car just laughing and teasing Xiao Lu. The run with Mao Di was funny as both of them stop every then and now for 9 seconds which made Xiao Xiang and Yu Tu to get off the car and count.

Shu Meng Long totally made Xiao Lu recovered but Hu Ya and Ah Jie made Xiao Lu pissed as they both annoyed him the whole way through. Ah Jie was so funny saying how there's speed camera and told Xiao Lu to slow down.

Overall this episode is funny, I laughed from time to time throughout this episode.
