A side-splitting (and slightly disturbing) comedy skit, illustrating the metaphorical story of MoFanBangBangTang's creation, opened this highly anticipated episode of the new series.

The story begins many years ago, during a significant incident in AndyGe's childhood, where he is starving and begs for food. However, little AndyGe's request is denied by his father, who is immersed in the newpaper and tells him that there is no food at home, whilst hypocritically continuing to snack on a lollipop.
A tug of war for the lollipop ensues as little Andy tries to snatch the lollipop away. Unfortunately, Andy fails and his father yells at him to go and get his own lollipop.
Consequently, this incident planted AndyGe's desire to seek a lollipop of his own, as he blossoms into the charismatic managing director for Channel [V].
At a particular meeting to plan the concept for a new show, AndyGe asks his colleagues to share their ideas. Wangzi suggests a show for girls to display their talent, with a host like HeiRen and also offers to search for the appropriate girls. However, AndyGe objects as he states that he is thinking of a show for boys instead. As a fidgety employee in the TV department, AoQuan stammers that the show should be a dancing elimination competition for boys from all over Taiwan and that he knew a dance group with a particularly handsome member called AoQuan. In gangster speech, A-Wei added that there is a group called HeiJiao, which he had led for a little while.
Finally, production manager XiaoJie elaborately packaged an ingenious idea that would involve turning talented boys into stars that would even allow them to have an Asia concert tour this year!
The name of this show, all about passion and talent, did not require any thinking, as AndyGe already had it in mind, ever since the lollipop incident. Thus, MoFanBangBangTang was born.
In the next segment, all the didis from Lollipop, MoFanQiBang and SanJun were all called back individually by B2Ge.

Alternatively, AoQuan was summoned by AndyGe (the real one this time) to go to the recording studio but refused to tell him what the plans actually were:
After rushing off immediately to the studio, the didis were greeted by FanFan and XiaoXiang, who informed them that there was to be a new season of MoFanBangBangTang involving them, in order to bring joy back to the audiences.
The didis all agreed unanimously to this idea, however Aben wondered whether it was too late, as they had no uniforms.
Then, just like out of Cinderella, FanFan revealed that everything had been prepared by the LiuXing in HOUSE fashion team.
In a video excerpt, LiuXing in HOUSE's host XiaoMi then introduced the uniforms for Lollipop, MoFanQiBang and SanJun.

As a result, all the didis were ready to immediately begin recording!
In pairs, the didis entered the freshly decorated recording studio:
To be officially annointed into MoFanBangBangTang again, class leader AoQuan took the opportinuty to return his graduation certificate to principal host FanFan. In addition, AoQuan commented that they have had wonderful experiences outside the show but often miss their mother (FanFan) and father (XiaoXiang). Therefore, they have decided to return home, as they have discovered that they can still have much more to learn.
FanFan was glad to represent the show in accepting AoQuan's certificate, as she had believed that they had left the show very much prematurely. Moreover, FanFan claimed that the certificate is currently worth 5000 yuan on the internet and joked that it was incredibly tempting for her to sell it!
After three months of nursing his sick father and bereavement leave after his father's passing, WeiLian was warmly welcomed back to MoFanBangBangTang. WeiLian's absence was wholly felt by all the didis and FanFan, who expressed that she had particularly missed his unique tempo, his dancing, his sense of humour and his sunshine smile.
Although WeiLian had become markedly skinnier, FanFan joked that his hairline was still very high. WeiLian also jokingly claimed that a lot had happened since he was absent, as he wondered who AhJie was!
XiaoJie presented WeiLian with a card that had messages from all the cast and crew. commenting that everyone had been thinking of WeiLian throughout the difficult period and that he hopes that WeiLian will continue to face the challenges with everybody.
In acceptance of the card, WeiLian expressed that he felt very safe and warm within the Channel[V] home and that it is rare to build such a close-knit family environment. WeiLian also thanked everyone for attending his father's funeral and believes that his father will watch over the show from heaven.
Furthermore, A-Wei described how he had found it unbearable to always see the lights off in WeiLian's room in the Lollipop apartment, as WeiLian had returned back to TaiChung to nurse his dad, and that WeiLian had often pretended to be cheery in their telephone calls. A-Wei had also visited WeiLian's father with him, and saw that WeiLian really put his heart and soul into caring for his father.
Nevertheless, WeiLian is now empowered to move on and rejoin his Bang Bang Tang brothers.
After WeiLian's welcoming, Show Luo visited MoFanBangBangTang with flowers for FanFan and a cake to celebrate this special occasion. It is interesting to note that Show Luo had closely followed MoFanBangBangTang and could even name every single one of the didis (although he needed a bit of prompting with AhJie's name.)
Show Luo presented FanFan with the GaiBan version of the new album, and was consequently made to put his head through a cardboard cut-out of a woman in a bikini, as he had promised to perform in women's clothing when his album had sold 150 000 copies.
FanFan was also cued to try out the cardboard cut-out, and she enjoyed flirtatiously greeting HeiRen, 'Hello, darling', from behind the scenic physique.
After Show's performance of the lively party anthem, 'Chen Yao' (Hands on Hips), Show Luo also taught everybody the easy-to-follow choreography, which he commented that even Da S, Xiao S and HeiRen picked up quickly.
The first performance from the didis was AhJie's imitation of Andy Lau. Although AhJie's quirky sense of humour shone through his imitation, Show criticised AhJie's Andy Lau signature laugh for being slightly incorrect in tone. AhJie then nervously proceeded to sing an except of a Show Luo song, whilst imitating Andy Lau's singing voice.
However, AhJie truly impressed Show Luo with his touching lyrics in his performance of the song that he had written for his father, entitled 'Your Soldier Son'.
Finally, MaoDi was up, with XiaoLu and XiaoMa as dancers, for an extremely impressive and entertaining performance that incorporated some of Show's songs, such as 'Ge Zhong Qiang Shou' and 'Chen Yao'.
MaoDi commented that he admired Show's charismatic onstage persona, as well as his hilarious comedy skits, such as GyaGya, which MaoDi also imitated for several performances during Season I MoFanBangBangTang.
Show Luo was mindblown by MaoDi's meticulous reinvention of his songs and also MaoDi's success to capture the mood in his performance of 'Ge Zhong Qiang Shou'.
In the concluding minutes of the episode, FanFan and Show Luo announced that they were going to have a PK of how many friends each has. FanFan expressed that she should win Show easily, as she didn't think that big celebrities like him would spend time with many people. On the other hand, Show Luo was also confident that he would beat FanFan as he had been in the entertainment industry for 15 years, while FanFan had entered the industry for about eight years.

Finally the new MFBBT was shown! This episode was great with a little touching scene at the start as they welcome Wei Lian back to the show. Xiao Zhu is really a super fan of MFBBT, I think he probably seen most of the episodes. I wonder if he really did forgot about Ah Jie or he did it purposely but Ah Jie had a lot of chances to show his talent in this episode. I never heard his written song for his father and he sang it in this episode, it's a touching song and his singing was great. But was a bit weak on his imitation as there's someone who's more amazing beside him.
Looking at news and this episode obviously there's some parts which were cut, for example A Wei and the bikini cardboard girl part was not shown. I wonder if they needed some time to get used to the feeling of recording again because it wasn't as high as what I had in mind at first. The "Chen Yao" part was really nice like how all the didis started dancing, Mao Di was so into it thinking that he's Xiao Zhu in the MV.
Next episode looks interesting as Xiao Zhu and Fanfan is PK what kind of super star friends they have.
